The 2014 men's and women's NCAA Lacrosse Tournaments are well underway and today it's time for both Syracuse Orange squads to begin their quests for National Championships.

First up, the women. The No. 2 Orange (18-2) will host the Stony Brook Seawolves (17-3) at SU Soccer Stadium with opening face-off set for 3:00 p.m. ET.  Stony Brook advanced to the second round with a 10-8 victory over Towson on Friday. Stony Brook earned an automatic bid with an America East conference tournament championship. The game won't be televised but it will be broadcast on 89.1 FM and shown live on Cuse.com.

Syracuse has won seven-straight opening round NCAA Tournament games and that streak should continue by all accounts. It's the first meeting between the two schools and the winner will move on to face the winner of Loyola - Boston College.

Afterward, we head over to the Carrier Dome where the No. 2 men's squad (11-4) will host the Bryant Bulldogs (15-4) in the first round of the NCAA Tournament for the second-straight season. Face-off is set for 7:30 p.m. ET. The game will be televised on ESPNU/ESPN3 and will be broadcast on 99.5 FM/Cuse.com.

The Bulldogs feature the nation's best face-off specialist, Kevin Massa, who also gave the Orange fits last season. How that battle turns out could end up deciding the contest.
