The eighth annual 'Cuse Awards were held Monday night in Goldstein Auditorium. The annual gala to celebrate and honor the year that was in Syracuse Orange athletics.
It's also become a great place to get a selfie with Jim Boeheim.

Female Athlete of the Year: Alyssa Murray (women's lacrosse)
Male Athlete of the Year: C.J. Fair
Female Rookie of the Year: Stephanie Skilton (women's soccer)
Male Rookie of the Year: Tyler Ennis
Syracuse 8 Courage Award: Terrel Hunt
Game of the Year: Syracuse's 91-89 overtime victory over Duke in front of an on-campus record 35,466 fans.
Shot of the Year: Tyler Ennis buzzer-beater vs. Pitt
Cuse Cares Award: Women's soccer team
NACDA champions: Men's lacrosse team
Highest team GPA: Women's tennis (third straight, fourth in five years)
Male Performance of the Year: Emil Ekblom (men's soccer) for his seven-point performance, (3 goals, 1 assist) in a 5-0 victory over NC State.
Female Performance of the Year: Kayla Treanor (women's lacrosse), who scored a career-high seven goals in SU's win over then-No. 1 UNC.
Soladay Awards (top male and female scholar-athlete): Rachel Blum (women's soccer) and Robert Molke (men's cross country)
Most Improved Team: Women's cross country
Women's Coach of the Year: Tie, Gary Gait (women's lacrosse) and Quentin Hillsman (women's basketball)
Men's Coach of the Year: Chris Fox (cross country and track)
Play of the Year: Terrel Hunt's throwback touchdown pass to tight end Josh Parris vs. Boston College in the regular-season finale, clinching a bowl appearance for the Orange.
Female Team of the Year: Women's lacrosse
Male Team of the Year: Men's lacrosse
Your individual football player of the year was Terrel Hunt and your basketball player of the year was C.J. Fair. Got a problem with any of that? Too bad.
