New, 14 comments

John, Matt and Dan laugh at SUNJ (not like that's ever been difficult), chat lacrosse, evaluate next year's basketball team and talk about beer.

Welcome to TNIAAM's weekly podcast series, Syracuse Sports Make Me Drink. As most of you know, it's tough being a Syracuse sports fan. We're cynical, overly defensive, perpetually pining for respect and as a result, we may have a drink or two (or more). This series plays off that, celebrating the best and worst of being a Syracuse fan each week, while also chatting gratuitously about beer.

This week, John Cassillo, Dan Lyons and Matt McClusky laugh at SUNJ (why not?), while chatting about lacrosse, next year's basketball team and beer. Other topics include:

  • Is Jerami Grant staying at Syracuse for another season?
  • Maryland and SUNJ crushed their respective recruiting pipelines by joining the B1G
  • Michael Gbinije will be relied upon to handle the offense next season
  • Could this lacrosse season more resemble 2007, or 2012?
  • What do we make of possible Syracuse football uniform changes?
  • What can we expect from the podcast this summer?
  • Want more beer? You can also follow John and Dan on Untappd!

Plan accordingly: This podcast is about an hour long. There's beer talk, but don't worry, we spend plenty of time talking about Syracuse sports too.
