SU Football Recruiting: Trey Dunkelberger Signs His LOI

In the last two weeks, Trey Dunkelberger has been contacted by Florida State, USC, and Texas. While I'd usually be nervous about something like that, Dunkelberger already bleeds Orange, and he rebutted their contact, signing his letter of intent to join SU on Wednesday.

As I discussed when he committed, this is a kid with a ton of upside, and even as a JUCO he has three years to play three seasons. This kid's already a fan favorite too, as it's hard not to be pumped about someone that seems as passionate about Syracuse as we are.

Bobby Acosta's work continues to pay off, as the guy's a closer. I hope we can keep him on staff for a long, long time.

Dunkelberger will be one of a possible four January enrollees.
