The Syracuse Orange have released their depth chart for this weekend's game against the Duke Blue Devils. All-in-all, no big surprises.
As Syracuse.com notes, the only change from last week is that Ashton Broyld isn't listed. Broyld missed the N.C. State game and it wouldn't be surprising for him to miss the Duke game as well.
Interesting note...despite the fact that Austin Wilson is back at practice, he's not back at No. 2 on the depth chart. Precautionary move or has Shafer seen everything he needs to from Wilson?
An extra thing I was looking at was the number of starts each player has had this season, which reveals just how much more the offense has been affected by injuries. On defense, ten players have started all nine games so far this season. On offense, only three players have started all nine games (Sean Hickey, Prince-Tyson Gulley and Adrian Flemming). Plus, only one SU starter is in the midst of a double-digit streak (Hickey, 35). The only other player to make every start would be Riley Dixon, a.k.a. BraveFoot.
