Syracuse vs. Florida State: Statistical Breakdown

Diving into yesterday's numbers.

Rich Barnes-USA TODAY Sports

I don't often use the word "content" to describe my feelings following 18-point losses. But after the Syracuse Orange fell 38-20 yesterday to the Florida State Seminoles, I can't help but feel encouraged.

The Orange kinda-sorta hung around for longer than I expected they would, and if it weren't for a few crucial dropped passes, the final score might have been even closer.
