Holy moly, you guys. The No. 3 team in the nation is coming to the Dome this weekend. How big would a win be?
For those wondering, a Syracuse win over Clemson would be the program's biggest victory since 1984 when it knocked off No. 1 Nebraska.

Rivalry: 1-0, Syracuse
Streak: 1, Syracuse (duh)
First/Last Meeting: When you hear Clemson fans talk about their dominance as a football program, politely remind them that the only time these two teams met, the Orange obliterated their Tigers 41-0 in the 1996 Gator Bowl. Donovan McNabb did good things.
School Connections: You might remember DE Ebenezer Ogundeko, who chose the Tigers over the Orange. QB Chad Kelly, nephew of Jim, did the same.
Head Coaches: SU: Scott Shafer (1st Year, 2-2), Clemson: Dabo Sweeney/Swinney/Whatever (6th Year, 44-21)
Last Year: The Tigers came into the season No. 14 and it was thought this was the year they'd break through. Then they Clemsoned the Florida State game, worked their way back up, Clemsoned the South Carolina game and ended up 11-2 with a win over LSU in the Chick-Fil-A Bowl.
"Fear Me, I've Killed Hundreds Of Timelords": Obviously, Tajh Boyd. Thirteen touchdowns. Zero interceptions. Heisman frontrunner. You know how good you THINK Terrel Hunt is? Tajh Boyd is better than that imaginary person.
Last Game: Clemson throttled Wake Forest, 56-7. It was the biggest margin of victory under Dabo and helped to put the so-so performance against NC State behind them.
Fun Fact: The Tigers represent the 11th team ranked in the top five of the AP poll to visit the Dome since it opened in 1980. Clemson would be the highest-ranked Syracuse beats since the 1984 "Dream Game" when the Orange upset top-ranked Nebraska, 17-9, at the Dome.
Fun Fact 2: Don McPherson will have his jersey honored at halftime. Do not let the man down.
