At no point during his introductory press conference did new Syracuse University Chancellor Kent Syverud denounce the pestilence that is Georgetown University. Though, credit due, he did take a mild shot at Duke.
Syverud: "We are eventually going to flatten the competition, including Duke."

However, in his post-game presser, he finally let loose about his seething hatred for all things Georgetown, a shock considering he is a Hoya himself (pre-Big East days).
