Usually, I'll throw this stuff in the Daily Links but I think Arinze Onuaku deserves a special shoutout for earning himself a two-year (non-guarenteed) deal with the New Orleans Pelicans (an actual NBA team, I swear).
New Orleans has reached agreement w/ forward Arinze Onuaku on two-year deal, source tells Y! Non-guarantee in '13-14; team option in 14-'15.

AO averaged 7.0 points and 7.3 rebounds for the Phoenix Suns in Summer League play last month. He also averaged 12.6 points and 9.5 rebounds per game for the D-League's Canton Charge last season and played in the D-League All-Star Game.
Considering all of the injuries that Onuaku has suffered and battled back from, it's a great testament to him that he's still able to get an NBA shot. And hey, the more Syracuse Orange in the NBA, the better.
More than anything, I'm excited to see AO get more endorsement deals...
