High School: South Torrance High School/Los Angeles Harbor College

2012 Stats: Nothing on him as a long snapper, though plenty about him as a tight end in high school. He recorded 31 catches for 475 yards and four touchdowns as a senior.

2013 Projections: He's one of a few long snappers on the roster (Sam Rodgers and Eric Morris are the others), so we'll see how much he actually ends up playing this season.

How'd He Get Here?: He's a JUCO transfer from Los Angeles Harbor College, and there's no record of any other offers beside the one he got from Syracuse. So that's nice.

What'd Scout/Rivals Say?: No ratings from Scout or Rivals, as you might have figured based on the fact that he received no other (publicized) offers.

Money Quote: Keith's a student first, which is a nice little tidbit to hear. See, guys. We're totally "ACC":

"This is a great academic institution here, and I guess that kind of spurred me. Football, it’s great. But in the end you’re trying to get a degree for later on in life."

What Does Shafer Think: Nothing from SMFS on the subject of Mitsuuchi, but Mitsuuchi claims he didn't waiver when Doug Marrone took the large majority of our coaching staff to the Buffalo Bills. Nice job on talent retention, gang!
