In an effort to help raise money for the fight against Cystic Fibrosis, Syracuse Orange legend Lawrence Moten will be attending a few Central New York baseball games in the upcoming days.
Moten's first stop will be at a Bighamton Mets game this Saturday, June 22. Starting at 6:05 p.m. there will be a autograph and photo session with the Big East's All-Time leading scorer. If you're interested in attending, you should purchase your tickets at the local Progressive Dental locations, which will be selling tickets for $5, until 5 p.m. Friday, and donating the proceeds to CF.
Moten's next stop will be Tuesday, June 25, at Carvel's Dewitt from 6 to 8 p.m. There you can buy tickets for Wednesday's Syracuse Chiefs double-header vs. The Wilkes-Barre Scranton Yankees for just $9. If you can't do that, use the promo code "moten" at this web address. Moten will be available for fans at 6 p.m. and will be throwing out the first pitch.

Discounted tickets until supplies last are also available at the box office and online until 4pm game day. Code word is "moten" Proceeds benefit the SU Basketball Alumni Club.
Finally, on Monday, July 1, Moten will be in Rochester for a Red Wings game with Rosie Bouie.
