Syracuse Football Players Burgled A Bunch Of Burglars (What?)

Because this is Syracuse and we don't do dumb things the easy way, you had to know there was going to be a twist in the Syracuse Orange football player burglary kerfuffle.

On Wednesday it came out that Markus Pierce-Brewster and Davon Walls were being arraigned on felony burglary charges. What we didn't know is that, just minutes after the robbery apparantly took place, the victims then went on a robbery spree of their own. Amazing!

Sophomores Erwing Augustin, 20, and Bradley Valik, 20, lost a television, XBox gaming system and other electronics in a burglary at 1:15 p.m. Feb. 23, court papers said.

Fifteen minutes later, Valik and Augustin are accused of breaking in to another apartment to steal items they had just lost, including a television and an XBox, records showed.

Stealing stuff to replace the very same stuff that just got stolen from you? You know what that sounds like to me? Aggresive socialism. THANKS OBAMA.

The two also then broke into another apartment to steal more stuff, which I suppose is when their capitalistic natures kicked back in.

Actually, what this says to be is that there is some kind of 28 Days Later rage virus spreading through South Campus. If the infected burgle your apartment, you then feel the uncontrollable urge to steal an XBox from others. And on and on it spreads.

One day when you're locked a bunker, the last human being on Earth, remember, this is how it began.
