Syracuse University Athletics - MCW a Finalist for the Robertson Trophy
Sophomore guard Michael Carter-Williams has been selected as a finalist for the 2013 Oscar Robertson National Player of the Year Trophy, as announced by the U.S. Basketball Writers Association (USBWA) today. Carter-Williams is among 14 outstanding players in consideration for the annual award, presented by Aflac.

Mullins teamed with fellow close defender David Hamlin to hold Virginia leading scorer Nick O'Reilly without a point. O'Reilly had been averaging 4.8 points per game prior to the contest. Mullins also recorded a caused turnover.

If you can block the shot go for it as hard as you can because we have a foul to give. ... so for the record I'm not a foul-to-give guy."
