I'm not entirely sure how the same Syracuse Orange squad that we all watched in February is still standing as they prepare to take on the Louisville Cardinals for the 2013 Big East Tournament Championship, but, here we are.
The Orange have turned the Big East Tournament into something on a vengeance tour, exacting revenge on the Pittsburgh Panthers and Georgetown Hoyas to get here. They split the season series with the Cards but Louisville won last, so that's what's top of mind.
For Syracuse, the chance to go out as Big East Champs would be an amazing coda on the final season before we jump to the ACC. We'd basically be taking the Big East Title with us N.W.O.-style to the new league and never giving it back.
