The Syracuse Orange don't play in the Big East Tournament until Wednesday but what happens Tuesday will have an impact on them, namely deciding who they play.
Here's what you've got to look forward to:
The 12th-seeded Seton Hall Pirates take on the 13th-seededSouth Florida Bulls in the first game Big East game of the evening. Both teams finished conference play 3-15, but the Bulls are ending the season with a bit more momentum than the Pirates, winning two of their last three games to close out conference play.
The 11th-seeded Rutger Scarlet Knights takes on the bottom-seeded DePaul Blue Demons in the second Big East game on Tuesday. Rutgers started out conference play 3-2 but proceeded to lose all but two of their final 13 games, including their only game against the Demons, a 75-69 loss on Feb. 16.
The Seton Hall - USF game is of particular interest since the winner of that game will take on 6-seed Syracuse on Wednesday at 2 p.m. ET. You can see the full bracket here.
Both games tonight are on ESPNU beginning at 7 p.m. ET. Enjoy watching four Big East teams that you wouldn't normally watch if someone paid you but you will tonight because "tradition or something."
