So, Syracuse fans, who you rooting for in the Super Bowl this year?
On one hand, you might want to root for the San Francisco 49ers. They're coached by Jim Harbaugh, who used to be the coach of the Stanford Cardinal, where he once employed a defensive coordinator called Scott Shafer. If Harbaugh wins the Super Bowl, his coaching tree becomes that much more vaunted, which means the Syracuse Orange head coach becomes that much more "valuable" in the eyes of others (see: recruits).
On the other hand, if the Baltimore Ravens win, a former Syracuse Orangeman will be a Super Bowl Champion. Arthur Jones will look to make an impact for the Ravens and lead them to their 2nd title, his first. The Jones Brothers will be out in the full force for sure and how can you root against Art & Chandler? (Don't forget Jameel McClain, who's on IR but still a member of the Ravens).
Whoever you root for, hang out here and leave your comments below. Make sure you let everyone know how you felt about whatever dumb Bud Light commercial just played. And make plenty of comments about Beyonce lip syncing.
And the game. Don't forget about the game. G'ORANGE!
