There isn't much faith that Syracuse fans will make it down to Houston for the Texas Bowl.

No. While Houston has a lot of northeast transplants that will be happy their hometown Orange are in town, Syracuse fans traditionally don't travel well to bowl games not named the Pinstripe Bowl.

The Gophers are back at the Texas Bowl for the second consecutive season, but this one probably feels a little more special. The Gophers were picked to finish last in the Big Ten's Legends Division but are enjoying their best season since 2003. Minnesota went 4-2 in the second half of the season after coach Jerry Kill took a leave of absence because of epileptic seizures. He has returned to coach games from the press box.

How are we supposed to keep track of this game from year to year when its name keeps changing? Is it the Texas Bowl or the Houston Bowl or the Meineke Car Care of Texas Bowl? It's so confusing. The only constant here is the Gophers.
