First Meeting: Nov. 19, 2000, when Syracuse kicked off its season with a 73-53 win over St. Francis.

Last Meeting: Arinze Onuaku scored 14 points and Wes Johnson added 12 with nine rebounds and four blocks, as seventh-ranked Syracuse defeated St. Francis, 75-51, in 2009.

School Connections: Head coach Glenn Braica was a St. John's assistant for six seasons, so he's seen what the Orange can do up close and personal.
