If college basketball were LOST, The Colgate Raiders would be the Syracuse Orange's Constant.
There'd also be polar beers running through the Carrier Dome concourse that we'd eventually stop worrying about after the third year, but, that's neither here nor there.
Colgate will visit the Dome for the 20th-consecutive season and the two teams will play for the 165th time in their shared history when they play one another on Sunday, November 25.
Syracuse has won 46-straight in the series and holds a 119-45 advantage. Colgate is coming off an 8-22 season (2-12 in Patriot League) but they do return six seniors. For fans of Taco Time, this is your game.
Meanwhile, Donna Ditota is reporting that the Orange have also scheduled the Monmouth Hawks for a game in the Dome on Dec. 8.
Monmouth is coached by King Rice, the Binghamton guard who played at the University of North Carolina. Among the players Rice will coach this year is Rochester's Christian White, a 5-foot-10 guard from Aquinas Institute.
Monmouth was 12-20 overall last season and 10-8 in the Northeast Conference in Rice's first year as head coach.
The non-con schedule is really starting to take shape. Let's take a look at where it stands...
