It’s been all hate all the time, a tradition reignited of late by the Internet’s ability to deliver directly that hatred to an opponents’ eyeballs. (For years, one of the most popular SU fan sites was entitled "Hoya Suxa.") As you know, Syracuse is moving to the ACC; Georgetown is holding on for dear life in the mangled Big East. Annual conference supremacy will no longer be on the line, but at this point the rivalry is too good on its own merits to not remain a part of our yearly college hoops diet.

Syracuse University Athletics - Eaton Breaks SU 110-Meter Hurdle Record
Senior Jarret Eaton broke the Syracuse school record in the 110-meter hurdles in the national quarterfinals of the 110-meter hurdles at the NCAA East Preliminary Round on Saturday in Jacksonville, Fla. Eaton’s time of 13.44 seconds beat Adrian Woodley’s mark of 13.50 set in 2010. Lauren Penney also advanced to the national final in the 5000-meter run with a time of 16:24.96.

Syracuse University Athletics - Signees Butler, Roberts Named Parade All-Americans
Brianna Butler and Pachiyaanna Roberts were recently named Parade All-Americans, adding to the list of awards for Quentin Hillsman’s five-member class that is ranked as the sixth-best recruiting class in the country by ESPN Hoopgurlz.

The 4th session of the EYBL concluded on Memorial Day, and the top 24 teams advanced to the Peach Jam. In this session, CIA Bounce finally lost their first game of the EYBL. In fact, they lost two in a row before turning things around and winning back to back games. They had to forfeit their final game due to flight issues, and having already clinched the top overall seed. Many Syracuse targets were in action over the weekend. Here is how they fared.
