Saturday's 10-9 victory over the Princeton Tigers was a welcome return to winning for the Syracuse Orange, mired in their "worst" season since 2007.

5-4 might be respectable at Hobart, but not here, Sonny Jim. This is Syracuse. In nine games, we expect to be 12-0.

So what happened? How does one explain how the best college lacrosse program in the nation suddenly finds itself fighting to stay alive for an at-large NCAA Tournament bid?

Chipotle happened. But then again, you already figured that.

No. 22 JoJo Marasco stopped by The Juice & SNY.tv's podcast today to talk about the team's struggles and he let slip the secret ingredient. When asked what his favorite place to eat around campus was, he said...

"We enjoy Chipotle..."

One day you guys will take me seriously. One day...

In the meantime, let's check in on those lax polls, where the Orange started to climb back up after the Princeton win.

SU moved up to No. 14 in the Media Poll and No. 13 in the Coaches Poll. In the Media Poll, the Orange are one spot behind Princeton, the team they just beat. Alrighty.

Tuesday, the Orange visit the No. 5 Cornell Big Red in what might be the biggest game of the season. New York bragging rights are on the line and a win here could propel the Orange back into the national picture. A loss may not sting too much but it can't be a good thing to be 5-5 at this point in the season.
