If you like Syracuse Orange football games to be played in the evening and be nationally-televised, I've got some great news for you.

Syracuse's fourth game of the season, a road trip to play the Minnesota Golden Gophers, will be televised on the Big Ten Network at 8:00 pm ET.

Minnesota's home football game against Syracuse of the Big East Conference on Saturday, Sept. 22nd at TCF Bank Stadium has been set for a 7 p.m. (CT) kickoff and will air live on the Big Ten Network, Big Ten Conference officials announced today.

Minnesota's 2012 game vs. Syracuse concludes a two-tame, home-and-home series with the Orange. The Gophers defeated Syracuse in the 2009 season opener at the Carrier Dome, 23-20 in overtime.

That brings the total of Syracuse games to be nationally-televised to five. The other games are USC, Pittsburgh, UConn and Temple.

It also means the Orange will play at least four night games this year, Minnesota, USC, Pitt and UConn. There's a chance others could start later as well.

Stay caffeinated, you guys.
