Apologies in order for the Syracuse Orange lacrosse team. Been a little preoccupied this week, so, I'm just assuming you guys have this game against the hated Johns Hopkins Blue Jays covered today.

Here's what Glaude has to say about it over at College Crosse:

It's easily the biggest game of the year so far for each school. Syracuse vomited all over itself last weekend at St. John's while the Blue Jays cruised over UMBC. Johns Hopkins' defense is a Panzer tank with laser-guided target lock while the Orange are still trying to figure out what kind of machinery it is working with. Homewood Field should be a zoo for a late-afternoon ESPNU affair.

The 50th all-time meeting (JHU 26-22-1) between these two powerhouses will be televised on ESPNU starting at 4:00 p.m. EST. To drive home just how big these two programs are, they've combined to win 20 of the 41 NCAA National Titles ever handed out and are No. 1 (JHU) and No. 2 (SU) in wins all-time.

G'ORANGE!
