Syracuse Basketball: A Stroll Down T-Shirt Memory Lane

We've seen a lot of Syracuse Orange t-shirts this season. I don't need to tell you that, you're probably wearing nine of them as you read this.

20-0, We're No. 1, Big East regular season champs, Boeheim's 880th win, etc...if something happened of importance (and even in instances of non-importance), Syracuse or one of their licensors created a t-shirt for it.

Of course, the season isn't done just yet. There's probably going to be a t-shirt for the UNC-Asheville game (Turn Them To Ash!) and perhaps one to commemorate our victory over them. Same for the next round. If we make it to the Sweet Sixteen, Elite Eight and Final Four there will be t-shirts aplenty to mark each of them.

And if we win it all? My God...China's textiles plants will see a 44% increase in profit this year.

Before we get there, however, I wanted to take a look back through the shirty madness that took place during the 2011-2012 season. Here is my collection of every t-shirt that was created specifically for this season that I could find. I'm sure there are more and I'm sure you'll send me links and photos to them. But assume that this is a pretty good sample of the craziness that is SU "moment marketing."
