After much deliberation, the Busted Mug selection committee (i.e. Me) have decided the regional assignments and first round pairing. It was a paint staking process. The spectrum of entrants runs from "funny looking" to "fugly". Those that are more weird looking that scary for the lower seeds. The truly messed up visages got the high seeds.
