Toledo (Ohio) Central Catholic sophomore quarterback DeShone Kizer landed his first BCS offer from Syracuse on Monday. The Orange join Toledo in extending a scholarship to the 6-foot-5, 207-pound Kizer, who was named a 247Sports Sophomore All-American following the season.
