Fun Fact: I got into Monmouth University without even applying to it. Not sure how but they sent me a letter one day saying that if agreed to attend their school, they'd throw in some scholarship. Didn't even have to write an essay. That was nice.

My Dad probably wishes I'd taken them up on that offer considering what he had to pay for Syracuse University, but, then again it all worked out in the end. Except for my Dad.

ANYway, the Syracuse Orange will look to improve to 8-0 on the season when they host the NEC's Monmouth Hawks in the Dome on Saturday night.

The game will be televised on Time Warner Cable Sports and SNY and can be heard on all the usual Syracuse radio stations and networks.

Monmouth coach King Rice won't be there as he serves a one-game suspension for talking smack bout officials. Oh well.

It's the first time we've ever played the Hawks so let's show them a good time. In other words, #TacoTime by halftime.
