Syracuse quarterback Ryan Nassib honored in New York for academic accomplishments | syracuse.com
Nassib was in the city to be honored as part of the National Football Foundation’s scholar-athlete class, which included USC quarterback Matt Barkley, Alabama center Barrett Jones and Notre Dame linebacker Manti Te’o, who on Monday night won the Nagurski Award as the nation’s top defensive player.

"This team has a lot to learn. We have a lot of work to do to be good," Boeheim said. "We want to be good. Last years team was good at this time and we aren’t there yet now. We don’t have as many veterans and this team is a work in progress and we can get there but we are a long way from that."
