Every week when I write this post, I feel like I'm writing it completely separate from the point of view that went into the previous one. Last week was all gumdrops and daffodils. This week...misery and pain.
Such is Syracuse Orange football.

Three games. Two wins needed. An undefeated team, an SEC team and two road games on the schedule. How you feeling?
Louisville Cardinals (9-0): Now No. 9 in the nation, the Cardinals just keep rolling. They rolled on the Temple Owls, 45-17, and moved one step closer to a Big East title. There's a reason Louisville is ranked so "low" despite being undefeated but they have taken care of business. Would be nice to knock them off, but, who the hell knows what we're going to do anymore.
Missouri Tigers (4-5): Too bad we're not an SEC team. Then we'd beat Missouri for sure (1-5 in conference). They lost 14-7 to Florida this past weekend and get Tennessee this weekend before we come to town.
Temple Owls (3-5): The Owls made some noise early on with wins over USF and UConn before everyone realized they're both hot garbage. Since then they've lost three in a row with Cincy and Army on the docket before they host us to close the season. Once again, we could be in a winner-goes-bowling-loser-stays-home situation.
Remaining Opponent Record:16-10
