So I dropped Florida State all the way out of the Top 25. I'm sure there's a reasonable argument not to but, well, consider that my first shot at our new rivals.
That top three officially changes week-to-week. So long as they keep winning, my perception of each keeps changing. I don't think any of them would be a bad No. 1 right now. That said, I think the Tide has impressed me the most.
As much as I want to keep Boise at No. 4, I just kinda get the feeling Oklahoma State deserves the bump.
South Florida continues to creep at No. 15. They need to beat someone credible soon to justify it. Mountaineers remain in the rankings at No. 23. Remember when Pitt was considered a Top 25 possibility? Me either.
