Year: Sophomore

Height: 6'3"

Weight: 181

Hometown: Inwood, NY

High School: Lawrence HS

2010 Stats: As the No. 3 quarterback on the depth chart, Kinder did not see anything PT as a freshman. He almost got into the Colgate game but didn't quite make it.

2011 Projections: Kinder is in the same boat as last year. Chances are, he's more likely to see playing time in the event of a blowout. Who knows, maybe we'll even see him come in a for a couple Wildcat runs. However, his PT will be few and far between.

How'd He Get Here?: Kinder passed for more than 3,000 yards and 22 touchdowns and rushed for more than 2,000 yards and 88 touchdowns in his career and was the New York State 2009 Class A Player of the Year.

He was scheduled to attend passing camps at Rutgers, Temple and Connecticut before committing to Syracuse, who made the first offer. He canceled all of those trips.

Recruited in the same class as Jonny Miller, Kinder already seemed ahead of Miller in terms of growth, and that was before Miller got arrested and suspended.

Scouts/Rivals Said:. He was considered a three-star recruit by both services.
