Doug Marrone's days as an offensive line coach are over. Again.
Marrone's been handling the duties while Greg Adkins recovered from some kind of non-threatening medical condition. Adkins is now apparently back in town, ready to go back to work.
The 43-year-old former assistant at Tennessee and Georgia returned to the football offices today, but apparently will work internally before returning to the practice field.
While folks were mum on exactly what was going on, Marrone did mention that the condition "arose" quickly.
Great news for SU as Adkins is not only a solid coach but he's also a killer recruiting coordinator. When we get a guy from Florida or Georgia, it's usually Greg.
