Everything's coming up Chew these days.
First we find out he's the best player on our team according to EA Sports. Next he gets his name placed among the best WRs in college football on the Biletnikoff Award Watch List.
The award is handed out annually to the nation's best receiver.
Chew is coming a season in which he caught 41 passes for 611 yards and 5 touchdowns. We can expect those numbers to go up all around given the experience at QB, OL and WR this year. While we've spent the better part of the off-season getting giddy about Marcus Sales' potential, Chew is the one who's delivered most on the field.
No Orange player has ever won the award (around since 1994). Mike Williams was a finalist in 2009. I'm assuming Marvin Harrison was up there as well, though I haven't seen it listed.
Don't mention this award list to Rutgers, they might have a bone to pick with it.
