Make sure your finest tux is laundered and pressed for April 30th. As for all your other tuxes, I'm not sure what to do with them, but maybe a fellow Syracuse fan will need it. Assuming they're a 42 Husky as well.

That's cause the 12th Annual "Basket Ball" Gala will be that night. Benefitting the Jim and Juli Boeheim Foundation, the event will take place at the Turning Stone Resort and Casino. Since there's a good chance you were going to be there anyway, it all works out.

Sparing no expense, ESPN's Scott Van Pelt will serve as master of ceremonies.

You've also got two bands to look forward to. First up is Who Loves You, a musical tribute to Fankie Valli and the Four Seasons:

For an evening of sheer entertainment, these musicians and singers perform the hits of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons. Songs like: Sherry, Big Girls Don’t Cry, Walk Like a Man, Candy Girl and Ronnie- all smash hits, changed musical history forever. This group will take you back to the 50’s capturing all those great songs of its time.

Something tells me that's the one Jim picked.

And then there's the band Classified, who are all about "hot brass cool sounds." According to their website, "they are the most sought after black-tie affair act in the area, and beyond." Whoa.

The event will also feature a live and silent auction with cool items, including tickets to the 2012 NCAA Final Four in New Orleans.

Seats begin at $300 each or just lock yourself in for a table at a reasonable $3,000. You can make a purchase or donation over at Jim's website.
