Gather round children, let us begin a tale of wonderment and wonder.
The Syracuse Orange will find out their NCAA Tournament fate today. What they'll be seeded, who they'll play and what the road to Houston and a Final Four will look like.
We're a year removed from a one-seed and I have to say, I didn't expect to be here a year later looking for a 4, 3 or even 2 seed. It wasn't that long ago THIS YEAR that I thought it was possible. And can you believe there was even a brief time some Syracuse fans thought we were in trouble to make the tournament at all? Wacky year, but it's all paying off now.
By the way, check out how you expected Syracuse's season to play out way back in November. Pretty spot-on with the seeding prediction.
One note. please do not brag about how many teams you picked correctly unless you pick every single team. Anything less is nothing special at all, given that everyone knows about 62 teams that are locks right now.
That said, feel free to say you totally knew the Orange were going to get a 2-seed when that's announced.
