Sir Alec Lemon had himself quite a day on Saturday, even if the rest of the Syracuse Orange did not.
Lemon puckered the Connecticut Huskies' defense for 157 yards and a touchdown on nine catches and earned himself a spot in the Big East Honor Roll.
Lemon leads the Orange with 47 receptions and 531 yards this season. He's also making a serious dent in the SU history books and Big East rankings.
The Crofton, Md. native's 106 career receptions is tied for fifth on the Syracuse record list, while his 47 catches this season is tied for eighth on the single-season receptions list. Lemon is fifth in the BIG EAST with 5.2 receptions per game this season and is sixth with 59.0 receiving yards per game.
Syracuse might not be able to beat UConn (gross) but Lemon wishes we played them every week. In 2009, he torched the Huskies for 140 yards.
