Syracuse vs. Tulane: Official Orange Tailgate Information

One thousand Cuse fans (Be sure to wear Orange!) are expected to converge this three day weekend to NOLA. Tailgate extraordinaire TexanMark has worked with the SU Athletic Department to put on a special pregame tailgate. All Cuse fans and friends are invited. TexanMark's group of 204 fans will be on the 50 yard line right behind the SU bench be sure to say hi if you are in the Dome on Saturday.

You can enter from the main entrance of the Energy Centre which is at the corner of Poydras Street and Loyola Avenue, or you can enter from our Lafayette St. Entrance (Back Side). The Lafayette Street entrance is preferred if you are buying the buffet.

When: 3-7 pm (Buffet Served from 3:30-6:30pm)

Allegro’s Bistro is conveniently located two blocks south of the Superdome (Directions). Syracuse alumni and friends will be treated with a sumptuous New Orleans Style Buffet. Ala Carte menu items and bar drinks will be available for purchase out on the huge courtyard (weather permitting). Hurry and buy your Tailgate Buffet through the Carrier Dome Box Office. Indoor seating is limited and will not last. There are a limited number of presold buffets left.

Update: the weather looks great this weekend and there will be a limited opportunity to buy a buffet at the door. Ala Carte menu items will feature hamburgers, Sausage and Jambalaya. Two radio remote broadcasts will be set up (TK99 and 97.7) and broadcasting live.

Call 1-888-Dometix (1-888-366-3849) press 0 and ask for the $35 per person "Tulane Tailgate Package". Children (12 and Under) Buffets will be $15.

Buffet includes: Italian Sausage and Peppers, Fried Catfish with Corn Mach Choux, Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya, Spicy Crawfish and Tasso Pasta, Vegetable and Potato Medley, Caesar Salad with Homemade Garlic Croutons, and New Orleans Bread Pudding with Rum Sauce. The $35 price includes two alcohol drinks, tax and gratuity.

Additionally, drink specials have been specially arranged for those indoors as well as outdoors in the Courtyard. The Courtyard is huge and can easily hold hundreds of Cuse Fans.

TexanMark has also contacted Walk-On's Sports Bar (1009 Poydras St.) and they are looking forward to seeing Cuse fans there this weekend. A Cuse preparty (tailgate practice session) will be at Walk-Ons Friday night for the ESPN game. Just look for the Orange people.
