Syracuse officials aren't saying exactly what the injury is that Kris Joseph sustained against Cincinnati.
Of course, they probably want to give Kris the heads up on that since he's mentioned on Twitter that it was indeed a concussion.
Depending on the grade and severity, Joseph could be ready for the Nova game or he could still be out of action for another week. Boeheim isn't tipping his hand just yet.

If Joseph can't go, Boeheim's going to need more out of James Southerland. His performance last night just won't cut it.
In his first career start, Southerland score eight points on 3-for-8 shooting, but Boeheim said he was unimpressed with his aggressiveness.
"He can't play (38) minutes and grab just one rebound," Boeheim said.
