On Friday morning, 18-year-old Jacob Bratek of Downing Street was pulled over on I-690 after a trooper noticed only one working headlight. Troopers say they noticed Bratek was intoxicated and had a BAC of 0.13%. Bratek signed a national letter of intent to play for the Orange in the spring.
