You already know that SU Football tickets go on sale Wednesday, August 11th at 10am EST (tomorrow). But did you know tickets are technically available RIGHT NOW...for certain folks?

For the first time ever, the Carrier Dome is offering a presale of single-game tickets to all SU alumni before they go on sale to the general public. But this special offer is available for one day only August 10 from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m.
You can call the Carrier Dome Box Office (888-Dome-Tix) or you click here and use code "FBLUM". Oh and if you buy four or more tickets, you'll also get a $5 Dome Concession coupon for your game day. WOW. Now you almost buy an Amstel Light at the concession stand!

The cool part is that this includes away games, so if you were waiting on tickets to Akron, Washington or one of the Big East away games, now's your chance!
Speaking of the Washington game, here's some details on gameday plans for Orange fans via an alumni email.
There will be a special section in the stadium devoted to Orange Fans and a special pre-game tailgate party at THE ZONE adjacent to the stadium. The Tailgate will begin three hours prior to game time. Tickets are $100 a person and include food and beverage at the pre-game tailgate and a ticket to sit with the Orange Fans at the game.
No word so far on official Friday night festivities which means I guess I'll just have to organize something myself. So be it.
