Well, so much for The Undefeaties. The Syracuse women suffered their first loss of the season, though no one will blame them considering what they were up against.

Brittney Griner scored 15 and blocked 8 shots while Odyssey Sims hauled in 25 points as the No. 2 Baylor Bears dropped the No. 23 Orange 77-43 at the Bahamas Sunshine Shootout. SU falls to 8-1 on the year.

Believe it or not, the Orange actually won the rebounding battle (46-40), but that was about the only play they came out in the positive. 24 turnovers certainly didn't help matters.

Iasia Hemingway led Syracuse with 10 points and 6 rebounds while Erica Morrow had seven points. Kayla Alexander was kept in check with only 4 points and 1 rebound.

The Orange have a chance for redemption Wednesday night when they take on Clemson to wrap up the trip. The 6-6 Tigers lost to Baylor by 42 on Monday night.
