So I know this is a little late in the process, but since some folks have asked...
If you're interested in getting a personalized, autographed copy of How To Grow An Orange, I can make that happen. I know a guy...
I don't need to tell you HTGAO is a great gift for any Syracuse fan-in-training or their parents. Whether you're expecting and want to make sure you know everything you need to know, have family members in the same situation, know an incoming or recently-new SU student that needs to get caught up or are attempting a Georgetown/UConn exorcism and need to bring in the big guns, How To Grow An Orange can help.
If you'd like a personalized, autographed copy of the book, we'll need to move quickly as I need to get the book sent to me, sign it and then send it out to you. Here's what to do.
1. e-mail me at seanmkeeley at yahoo dot com to let me know how many copies you are interested in. Try to let me know no later than Wednesday, December 15th. Include all pertinent info like who it's for, how to spell their name, any message you'd like me to include and where the book should be sent.
2. To cover the cost of the book and shipping, I'm asking $30 per signed copy. That ensures that the book will get to where it's going in time. Send this via PayPal by Wednesday to the same email.
3. Sit back and relax, knowing you're the greatest friend/father/mother/brother/sister/son/daughter/creepy neighbor a future Orange could ever have.
If you simply want an autographed version by myself and illustrator Mike Borkowski, the SU Bookstore should still have a couple on hand. They're selling copies for the low, low price of $16.99 but you'll want to confirm with them if autographed copies are still left before placing that order.
If you just want the plain-old, un-signed version, you might as well go to Amazon and try to take advantage of the free shipping.
And of course, the e-book version is still available for the low price of $8.99 if you're looking for economy (no difference in content, either).
Alright, you know what to do now. I'll stop pitching...back to your regularly-scheduled programming...
