Syracuse beat Notre Dame, 84-71 on Monday night in South Bend, Ind., capping a run of three consecutive road wins against Big East foes. The Orange started its journey with a win at Rutgers last Wednesday and followed that up with a win over West Virginia, which was ranked 10th at the time, on Saturday in Morgantown, W.Va.
Orange::44: Road Woes? Not for Syracuse!
So the big question was if Syracuse was up to the task, or would they crumble like so many good Big East teams do on the road? The Orange were up to it. They walk away with two more wins in the conference, both on the road, and against one top ten team. A very successful road stand.

Syracuse University Athletics - Rautins Named To BIG EAST Conference Honor Roll
Senior guard Andy Rautins has been named to the BIG EAST Conference's Weekly Honor Roll for his play last week. Rautins averaged 17.5 points, 7.5 rebounds, 5.0 assists, 1.0 blocks and 2.5 steals in a 2-0 week for the Orange.
