Report: Syracuse To No Longer Play Home Games

According to sources, Syracuse Football has decided that, starting with the 2012 season, they will no longer play home games inside the Carrier Dome.  The just-released schedule features 12 games, all of which will be played on the road or at a neutral location.

October 29th Cincinnati Cave, Cave-In-Rock, Illinois
November 5th USC Yogi Berra Stadium, Montclair, NJ
November 12th UConn On The F-Train, Queens/Manhattan/Brooklyn
November 19th Louisville Churchill Downs infield, Louisville, KY
November 26th Pittsburgh Atanasio Girardot Stadium, Medellin, Columbia

When reached for comment, Syracuse Athletic Director DOCTOR Daryl Gross said, "It's all about recruiting.  This allows us to get into the backyard of elite recruits, be they in Louisville, New York City or South America."  Gross then introduced Syracuse's new marketing slogan, "International Waters' College Team!"
