i'm running the rochester marathon this weekend to raise money for the american cancer society.Good luck with the run, Doug. Might I recommend pretzels...sounds weird but salty pretzels taste like chocolate around mile 22. Hopefully you're not running the the marathon from Rochester TO Syracuse...
