Cahek! Presutti! It's Syracuse Basketball!

When Ryan Cahek, Jake Presutti and Justin Thomas figure prominently in a Syracuse game, things are either really really good or really really bad. Throw in this Rutgers basketball team however and you can rest easy knowing the Orange won handily 81-59.

Jonny Flynn broke out of his recent slump with a 24 point performance while Donte Greene added 19 and Paul Harris added 18. Harris also led the team with 8 rebounds. The outcome of the game was never really in doubt and this time, the Orange were on the good side of that equation.
So what was the secret?

Oh wise and learned Jim Boeheim, tell us why this happened:

When the ball goes in the basket, the game is always easier."

It's a complicated science, this round ball.

Like Axe says, "This was one of those games where I really don't know what we learned about this team...Rutgers is just awful..." It's not a win we'll be able to point to at the end of the season and brag about but it's a win nonetheless. After last week, I'm pretty sure all involved parties will take it.

The Orange (13-5, 3-2) now prepare for to host #25 Villanova (12-3, 2-2) on Saturday. The Wildcats
gutted out a win over DePaul last night to avenge a loss to them a few weeks earlier.
