Syracuse basketball has the uncanny ability to wait until you've given up all hope and faith in the team and then pull you back in, thereby ensuring that the impending heartbreak hurts THAT much more. Well, don't look now but the lacrosse team has seemed to have picked up a few pointers. Just when you thought we were out, the lacrosse team pulled us back in, defeated previously-undefeated Albany 17-13. The #12 (can you believe that?) Orange are still alive for the post-season at 5-6 and they have UMass (5-6) on the road and #16 Colgate (9-4) in the Dome left to play. Both games are winnable but those are the kinds of games the Orange have been losing all season. We shall see.
