Maybe I was naive for thinking that this Syracuse team could open 5-1, and could contend for a Big East championship and a BCS berth, but I was not the only one who saw that potential. The Orange had the Rutgers game in the palm of its hand for nearly four entire quarters, despite how awful the team had played for most of the game
