Originally a toss-up between ESPN and ESPN2, the Friday night SU-WVU game will be televised on ESPN at 8pm ET.
Syracuse Orange fans now have two weeks to exist in this in-between that the football team has put us in. Do we get excited over the fact that we're 4-2 and have quite a few winnable games left on the schedule? Or do we lament the fact that we're a couple bounces away from being 1-5?
Traveling is for suckers and Big East basketball recognizes that: Everyone plays near home in 2011-2012.
Well Syracuse is 0-2 in "blowing the doors off of an unworthy opponent and getting Charley Loeb & company playing time" situations this season. Luckily, in the Win/Loss column that still translates to 2-0.
We know that Syracuse's future football schedules will be evolving when we finally move to the ACC. I thought it might be fun to look at exactly how those schedules might look.
Given the passing of Syracuse alum Al Davis, his most famous quote was quite apropos last night.

Hopefully the players have gotten over their initial shock of Louisiana gas prices and are ready to make this a successul road trip and win No. 4.
