Even though I usually despise guards who can't shoot, Carter-Williams has so many dynamic assets that I think he can be a star in the NBA if he can fix that one weakness in his game.

12. Syracuse Orange: Syracuse lost its quarterback and both leading receivers from last year, so excuse the Orange for dropping this far after posting a top-30 passing offense in 2012. While they’ll certainly be in transition this year, the cupboard isn’t bare either, contrary to popular belief.

7) Syracuse: The newbies in the conference, after going 8-5 in their final Big East year, will struggle without Ryan Nassib. The Orange will have to depend on Jerome Smith to lead the offense, and while he's certainly capable, the gunslinger will be missed.
